Abergwyngregyn Patchers

patchersWe are a group of like minded people who enjoy working with textiles.  We produce a diverse range of work in quilts, wall hangings, cushions, etc. and had a successful exhibition in 2013.

Our fortnightly meetings are full of good humour and interesting conversation.

At the moment all places are taken. As soon as any vacancies occur we will post a notice on this website. Contact Wendy Corner via the website for any further information.

DSC00844A small group meets on Mondays at 7.30pm in the Community Room at Yr Hen Felin, for a gentle, cd-based yoga session.

There is a small fee to cover the cost of room hire (so the more people, the cheaper it is!)

Bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Just turn up or contact Ann on 01248 681358

Food Co-op

A fruit and vegetable co-operative operates in the village a part of a Welsh Government initiative to encourage healthier eating. At £3 each the bags of vegetables, fruit or salad are excellent value and the general opinion is that the quality is high.
The produce, is locally sourced where possible, much of it from a farm in Conwy.

It is delivered every Thursday and is packed for individual orders by volunteers. The bags are available for collection between 5.45 and 6.30 every Thursday evening in the Community Room, Yr Hen Felin. Orders and payment for the next week are made then.
